Went swimming on Saturday and when I looked at my Fitbit later in the day I noticed the screen was completely blank. Figured the battery must have died but I tried to charge the Fitbit and it won’t turn on. I think it’s possible somehow the Fitbit got water damage, which is odd because I thought it was designed to be taken on swims. Please advise on any solution or replacement.

I tried this & my display is still not working. My app says 100% charged but & device blinks green like it's tracking but Fitbit screen remains black. 😞
Please help.

I had this problem too. Not sure if yours is simply waterlogged, but if It’s not, delete and reinstall the app. Worked like a charm for me.

Unfortunately this did not work. The Fitbit is still unusable.

Alright, sorry about that. I also connected and disconnected it from the app, but I supposed it was deleting and reinstalling.

Mines been this way for a year. I tried the restarting thing, and nothing happens.
It won’t sync to the app and won’t respond to anything.
I tried emailing and they never responded.
So, I gave up on it.
