Hi,
I waited for the recent sw update and my notifications are still not working. No messages show, and app/call notifications are less frequent. I am now used to troubleshooting the device (and other Fitbit devices previously) and nothing is working. Since I made this purchase sometime in March of last year, can I trade-in for a new device at this point? My frustration is growing now that it has been more than two months since this most recent issue began and it occurs too frequently even when fixed. As an engineer myself, I understand the steps of troubleshooting and technical difficulties, but I really have exhausted all options. I would really appreciate a reply.
