Fitbit Inspire HR screen won't swipe

I've looked at other forums, and they all suggest restarting the device. I have done so 5 times, I've tried changing the clock face, and I've tried giving it a day or two. Still no success in swiping the device, and no success in being able to use anything on the screen interface. Device does show display screen and the side button works, but nothing else. does.

 

Please advise.
