  • I purchased premium Fitbit bcz I want to track my sleep. All the data is syncing correctly to my mobile phone (iPhone 10), and everything looks correct except for one problem : the sleep graph/chart that should display my sleeping heart rate in relation to my resting heart rate is blank - the data summary is below the graph (6% above resting heart rate and 94% below resting heart rate), but the graph simply isn’t populated. Suggestions? I’ve deleted the app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app. I’ve also reset my Fitbit (5 seconds off, rewarded with the happy face) - did the reset 5 times in a row.

Has there been any update to this?  I have this same problem.  Bought the Inspire 2 about 2 months ago and the graphing of my sleeping heart rate worked until about 2 weeks ago and now nothing!  I have an iPhone8.  I've tried all the resetting, logging out of the app, restarting phone....nothing helps.  I'm about to start researching returning this thing!

I gave in and just bought a new one. I rely on this thing to check my sleeping. Everything but the sleep tracker works properly. There is an option to add steep monitoring but I don't think its accurate.
