Inspire HR active minutes, time to get moving, calories data wiped

I’ve had my Fitbit Inspire HR for about 3 months now and have had mostly no issues (and love tracking everything with it) today halfway through the day I was at about 60 active minutes, and noticed tonight I had 0 all of a sudden, and that I had only burned “1332 calories” (Usually I hit 2300ish) and 0/10 hours with 250+ steps (I know I missed one hour, but the rest I am certain I got). I am over 18k steps today, and spent an hour in spin class and half an hour walking my dogs, not to mention running around the spin and yoga studio I work at - there is NO WAY this data is correct. I’m upset that this affects my weekly goals (hey, I know I did the work, but I like to see it all add up) and am wondering if this is known or if there’s a fix? I tried resetting but no luck. There are no gaps in my steps or my heart rate tracking so it really doesn’t make any sense 😞 HELP please!

@justinebartel It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your missing Inspire HR data. Has this happened before? Did you manually logged any activities on your account? Do you have any third party apps linked to your Fitbit account? If you have a logged activity (either by you or from an app) try deleting it. If this isn't the case then please restart it and see how it behaves.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi!
This has never happened before, I don’t have any logged activity, just auto tracked activities, and I have reset with no luck! The calories updated late last night but active minutes and hours still show as zero
