Inspire HR hasn't synced since January

I have a Samsung S10 and an Inspire HR. Since the January update, I haven't been able to sync my device.

 

Steps I've tried, in various orders:

  • uninstalled / reinstalled the app, several times
  • confirmed permissions for location (can't find one for bluetooth specifically)
  • allowed Fitbit to turn on my bluetooth
  • charged / restarted phone and Fitbit repeatedly
  • reset Fitbit repeatedly
  • removed Fitbit entirely from account to attempt to re-add

I can't think of more processes to try. The device doesn't show under my Bluetooth devices, so there's nothing to forget there, and there's nothing on my device that remembers the Inspire HR as far as I can see.

 

This device lasted about two months past the 1-year warranty - very disappointing.
