Inspire HR not synchronizing automatically

How come my fiybit doesn t sync automatically ? My settings are correct. Some days it works. Other days it doesn t work.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing automatically. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleTry refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

This is happening to me too. 

 

Very frustrating as I’ve just bought it. Not good enough really. 

 

Ive tried the troubleshooting and nothing?
