I am beginning to think I am thick, but my Fitbit will not sync, bond or whatever with my computer, though it has done it twice since I got it on xmas day. Getting a bit despondent. also it sometimes seems to stop and just show the company logo and address, and not do anything else which is pretty useless. I have read some of the blogs and see that other people have these problems.

thanks for replying promptly, I will have a look again later, it not a phone it is a windows 10 laptop that I am trying to sync with, I do not own a smart phone. And it has actually worked for 2 days, since xmas… I will have another go later on today, as have to go now. Bye for now,
