My Inspire HR is not accurately tracking my sleep. Sometimes it doesn't track it at all! I have tried resetting it a few times, but that has not worked. HELP, PLEASE! Thanks!

Never solved the issue with it not tracking the first few hours of sleep. Now on top it has chunks of time missing in between and won’t give a detailed analysis. frustrating is the absolute lack of solutions.

At first my fitbit didn't work properly. Then about the 3rd day it started
as it had to see other data. Then about once a week it would skip the
first two hours then be regular again. Once in a while it registers my
naps. I'm not entirely happy, but i get more info then before. What i am
not crazy about is that i have to go to my phone or ipad. I really didn't
do anything othet then read what other people wrote. I am 95% happy.

It tracked 2 days of sleep, and then stopped working.

1. What is the cause

2. What is the solution?

No one knows why, Fitbit can’t fix it. They don’t care. They’ve made it clear they just want your money. If the product they sell doesn’t work it’s our problem, not theirs. Good luck.

Send it back for a refund!!! That's MY plan.

I’m also not getting sleep auto tracked, nothing automatic at all. Did all of the restart and reprovission stuff everyone has been saying. In addition (apologies for going off thread, but then again how do I know if it’s related or not?) my Bedtime Reminder and Hourly Activity reminders are not firing even though they are set up correctly. Alarms and timers work, so it must be a software issue. Seems like these kinds of things should just work out of the box!

Mine only tracks after midnight. I usually go to bed around 9:30 but show no sleep activity till 1:00 am or so. I am only getting 3-4 hrs sleep. I was hoping this Fitbit would give me a good reading on my sleep habits.

Sometimes it depends on where on your wrist you wear your watch. I have
had to be careful, in fact last night i had 1 1/2 hours not register.

I just purchased the Inspire HR and the first night it logged my sleep but the second night nothing. I haven’t called customer service yet. Anyone else having issues?

I can’t believe they are still selling them because they know they don’t work. Obviously they don’t care if their products work as advertised. I would send it back it back immediately. They asked me to be patient and like an idiot I was until it was too late to send it back. I’ve been told it’s too loose and then I was told it was too tight. I’ve tried resetting it every day. It will work Intermittently and then skip a few days. I have no confidence now that when it seems to work it really does. Good luck.

Do you known something about naps?

My sleep is detect but if I have a nap in a middle day, my fitbit INSPIRE does not detect it as sleep.

No, it doesn't detect my (daily) nap...according to FitBit, I've only slept
42 minutes since June 1:)
