Inspire HR only shows a black screen

My fit bit Inspire HR won't turn on. It has black screen and vibrates about every 10 seconds.  I plugged it in to charge for 2hrs. I don't get a battery icon or anything. I tried to reset it while plugged in. I did get a smile face show up on screen then disappears but still won't turn on. It still pulses about every 10 seconds. I'm at a loss.

Hello how do you change the clock on the hr inspire please as am getting a black display. Thanks

You have to change it through the app on your phone. Fitbit app> fitbit account (top left) > inspire hr > clock faces.

Go to your Fitbit app. There is a clock face top left corner. Go down to your Fitbit device Fitbit hr air whatever and click. It shows different faces you can choose from. It worked for me for a short period of time then I had to contact them and they sent me a replacement, which took a week to receive.

Thank you. I now have clock display but it will not swipe either way or able to tap it. Also unable to turn the light bulb on. Think may have to get a new one 😢

When my Fitbit has an unresponsive black screen or when I can't scroll up or down, changing the clock face in the app on my phone resets it and it works again.

Hi I tried this several times and ran the battery down but still did not work. Even took the wrist bands off. I have purchased another one as was so stressed with not having one that worked Thank your

Feel the same. Had to change the clock face a week or so ago myself.
Sporadic problem that is easily corrected. Worried once the warranty
expires it may not be so easily resolved.

Try to go in and change your clock face in the app.

Try changing the clock face from the app. This works for mine when the
screen goes completely blank--

How do we get in contact with them? Having the same issue. Changing the clock face in the app didn't do anything.
