My screen isn’t letting me scroll. I’ve tried restarting my Fitbit, completely disconnecting it from my phone and restarting it, and changing the clock face. Has anyone been able to fix this?

I ended up contacting customer service and they sent me a new one.

Mine is also doing this. So annoying. I’ve already been sent a new one because my first wouldn’t sync
