Inspire HR screen not workong

GM everyone! Could anyone tell me why my screen isn't working? It was fine last night but today only the time shows; I can't do anything else from the watch. It's like it's frozen.

Could your internet be down?. I plug inspire into my laptop and make sure
laptop is plugged in to wall.

Yes   plugged into computer, computer plugged in. WiFi working.

Hi, I eventually had to contact the fit bit support team on twitter. I sent them pictures and videos of my device not working. After a few days, they sent me a new tracker because I was still under warranty and my new one hasn't had a single problem yet. Hope this helps!

I have tried it about 25 times...I have cleaned the contacts, it is
plugged into my pc, my wireless is great, I have tried several ports, I
have restarted it many times.

You might have to get a new one then...mine didn't work either no matter
how many times I restarted it, so I had to get a replacement.

Thanks. I like it a lot, just didn't want to have to buy one every 15

I had the same issue. I saw on another thread the suggestion to change the clock face in the app. I did that and now the screen is working again.

I did that a,few months ago when I had the same issue and it worked. But
now it doesn't help.
