Inspire HR won't sync.... app keeps searching for old Alta HR
My inspire HR is giving me messages, like texts/phone call alert but it won't sync to give me steps from yesterday or today.
Argh!

Let me help you with this. The Alta HR should not affect your Inspire HR syncing to your phone still you can remove it if you aren't using it anymore by tapping the top left button the the tracker icon and finally the trashcan icon. Regarding the Inspire HR you can try the following:

I had this same issue this morning as well. I deleted the app and when I went to sign back on it is not letting me in. I tried all they said for it not syncing to no avail and then decided to delete it but I can't even get back in there now.

@SusieQB happy to hear that your issue was resolved! @Heav3n there was an issue affecting connectivity the date you posted but since then it has been resolved so you should be able to log in and sync your device now.
