Inspire HR won't turn on

When I woke up and my Fitbit just had the Fitbit logo on it, I tried trouble shooting like what is mentioned here:

https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Inspire-Inspire-HR/Restarting-Inspire-HR/td-p/3539422

After holding the button for 5-10 seconds, the smile came up, but there was no vibration. Then nothing happened, and it went dark. I left it for a while charging, and when I came back, the logo was there again. I repeated the process, but nothing happened.

I then looked at this post (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Inspire-Inspire-HR/Inspire-won-t-turn-on/td-p/3488768) for what traneshaph said worked for her. I deleted the device from my phone hoping I’d be able to add it again, but I can’t. Also, when it snaps in to charge, there wasn’t a vibration at all.

Lately, it has been finicky about swiping up and down on the screen too, but I’m not sure if that is related.

Hi @Kav3f, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for taking the time to try the troubleshooting steps that were shared in other Community Forums threads. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Looking forward to your reply.

There are no lights flashing on the back of the device. Also, I don’t know if this helps, but it has a 001 under the Fitbit logo on the front.

The device should be able to charge without any issue. The pins are clear of dirt or debris and the device hooks up just like it would usually. So I don’t think it is a charging issue.

Hi, I responded with a fairly involved answer on Sunday, but still haven’t gotten a reply. The problem as not been solved either. At this point, my Fitbit definitely would’ve died if it had not been plugged in, so it is able to charge.
