Inspire screen won't turn on

My screen won't turn on. Have tried charging, resetting by holding button. Updating app to latest version. It does sync to my phone still, just won't turn on.

Mine just started doing the same thing. App shows it's synced, charged and counting steps.Another post suggested putting on charger and depressing button for up to minute. I got screen back but disappears quickly.

I spoke with customer service and they are  working on it.

Mine too, it does that about once a month.

Mine has been doing this every other month for the last about 6! It always comes back after a few days but since it has happened again and again I might have to see about getting it replaced. It isn't even a year old!

I have the same problem, but my fitbit also vibrates every 30 seconds. Does anyone know why it keeps vibrating and how I get the screen back on?

This happens all the time but you can reset it by putting it on charge and then holding the button for about 10-15 seconds, I know it says 5 on the website, but mine did that. You know it is reseted when a smiley face pops up

Thanks for the tip but I did try that.  I ended up getting my Fitbit replaced.  Thanks again Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
