Hi
I put in a suggestion for a new clock face for the inspire HR and on May 29 I received a message saying "We’re very happy to let you know that this has been released on Inspire."
I don't see the new clock face. Where is it?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you would like to find a new clock face for your Inspire HR, I recommend you to check: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. Also, make sure that your device's firmware version is up to date.

I updated the software earlier this month. I know how to change the clock face. The one I suggested that I was informed had been released is NOT there.

@RicardoFitbit Did an update on the software, still no new clock face. Why did I receive a message May 29 saying it had recently been released when it hasn't?
