Not Receiving Distance Badge

Not sure if this should go here or elsewhere so please be gentle with me. I recently received the London Badge. I thought it was nice, until I saw it said for 250 miles. I knew I had done more than that. So I checked my account to see my totals for previous weeks and yes, I have done well over 250 miles when I got it. I thought okay, a delay, no biggie. This got me wondering what other distance badges there were. So I checked the site here and saw the others. Hawaii, nice, 350 miles. O.o I have currently over 400, still haven't gotten it.

As with anything going weird with my Inspire HR I went through the usual...

Turn off bluetooth, turn it back on

Restart App on phone

Restart Phone

Restart Fitbit

Do all at once

Check that everything is linking up and reading live

All systems go... No badge.

Wait 24 hours, do it again

All systems go... No badge.

Okay, link up with Fitbit on computer, make sure it is reading there.

All systems go, totals look good, still no badge.

What is the next step?

Or is the Hawaii not a thing anymore?

Let me help you with your missing Hawaii badge. There is an issue where if you use Miles, Inches, etc. you won't see the badge. If you change it to Metric (Meters, etc.) you will see said badge. The team is aware of this issue, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products.
