My inspire 2 is not giving me the hourly reminders to move. I've checked my settings several times and it appears to be set up properly, but still no reminders.

I faced this problem when I got my new inspire 2. What I did was I went into settings --> DND in the watch and there I turned on the 'Exercise Notifications'. After this I am getting hourly reminders to move whenever I am short of 250 steps.

I have also turned off buttons use when screen is off just as an extra precaution so that my settings don't get changed accidently. Hope this helps.

Just yesterday I noticed that my Inspire 2 was no longer sending me notifications to move....I have only had this device for a few weeks and the notifications to move had been working fine until yesterday....it is still set to notify me and I have already reboot the device multiple times...but it isn't working...

After 2 calls to customer service (both of which had dropped connections) we finally figured out why why reminders to move were not working on my new Inspire 2. I had them turned on until 10pm (still within the 14 hour max as listed in the app where you set this) but was told that you can’t set this to go later than 5 or 6pm. Posting it here in case it can help others.

I don’t understand why this limit was set, seeing as the user gets to set the hours for which they want the notifications. Come to think of it, I don’t know why there needs to be a limit of minimum of 5 and max of 14 hours either. And why wasn’t this listed in the instruction screen where you inputs your settings (the 5-14 hour information is posted)?
