Hi guys,
The fitbit app tracks my sleep and shows me the sleep cycles but not the SCORE. I checked the settings and the ‘receive sleep score’ setting is ON. Can anyone help?

Thanks for sharing your question here. I'd like to know where are you looking this option to "receive sleep score". Can you please provide an image of it? So I can further assist you.

The same for me.
The app started to show the Sleep Score tab, but just empty with no data or chart. And two days after that, the Sleep Score tab just disappeared, just like Fitbit has reverted the update and removed the feature.
Does anyone else experienced this as well?

Hello @Bayview99 and a warm welcome. Do you have an Inspire or an Inspire HR? Your tracker must be able to measure sleep stages in order to get a sleep score. The Inspire only gives sleep patterns.
If you have an Inspire HR, see if this Help article helps you troubleshoot your issue.

I am having same problem with my Fitbit 3. First few days it gave sleep score and complete info but now no score and incomplete sleep analysis. I guess I will return to Costco

I'm having this problem, too. First two weeks, it was fine, telling me when I was restless, REM, deep sleep, light sleep etc. The last two nights, nothing. Last night, I was up at 3am drinking tea, but the analysis says I had 9.5 hours of sleep!

I have the same problem it recorded my sleep for a few days with no sleep score then I got a sleep score for a few times then nothing again today. I really like how I can track my sleep but I wasn’t sure if there was a problem.

My Fitbit Inspire doesn't show my sleep time on the device. It seems to have a hard time finding it on my phone too, but will eventually....but still will not show on my Fitbit. I have reset my Fitbit and that has not helped.

Spent a good chunk of time on the phone with customer service. They said to reset the device. I did. Still doesn’t work. They told me to return the device. Which I have. Also, still doesn’t work. Mine worked the first day I have it and not a day after. Fitbit support told me to try a different model, a more expensive one. Psh. I’m getting rid of this thing.

Hi, i had the same problem, only have this Verss for a week. 3 days ago, sleepscore worked and than it stopped. My problem solved, when i gave it permisdion to access "my pictures/files, there was another request, but it went to fast.
On the bottom of my app, it has 3 icons :Disc - Today - ComMunity. Go into Community. In there it on the top it ask you: What are you up to? Tap on that, Than share your latest achievments, tap on the sleep icon. If it ask you for permission for something, tap on yes. That worked for me.
