1st versa, during setup it would find it, but could not connect. Sent it back to Amazon. 2nd versa did the same thing, but after installing Fitbit app on wife's brand new tablet, I got it to work. Now it works on my Motorola Droid turbo using the Fitbit app. But it will not sync, says it's having Bluetooth issues. So the only way it will sync is on Fitbit connect on my desktop. There is something wrong with the versa Bluetooth. The desktop uses the Fitbit dongle from my charge hr. I can do everything at my desktop, and nothing from my phone. I have since re-synced my blaze and my charge HR, with no problems on my phone. But the versa is a no go. One last thing when I search for bluetooth devices with my phone, it finds the versa but will not pair with it.

Hi, your phone is in the list of supported devices by Fitbit. Do you "only" have syncing problems or is seeting up your Versa to your phone also cumbersome?

It only syncs with my desktop. Not my phone, not my tablet.

Hi, try the suggestions I made in this topic (message no 2): https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Pairing-Samsung-G7-to-Versa/td-p/3395720. Maybe this might help you also. Good luck!!

It will now sync with my phone if I put my versa on my router. It definitely has a WiFi / not Bluetooth issues. I know it says that WiFi is not for syncing. But it will sync, change clock faces etc, if I first put the watch on my router. I am testing how far I can be away from my router. But definitely should not have too.
