Battery draining fast on Versa

Hi,

 

When my Versa charged to 100%, I purposely left it on the stand for 20 mins more. But it shows 99% within one min after I started to wear it. Any ideas? Defective?

I got it in December too but through Best Buy so no warranty for it

My replacement has been fine. I just don’t trust them, however. I still believe that the Versa was released as a beta, that the company’s strategy has been to bury the data, have customers endlessly “troubleshoot,” and work from there.
That said, I love my Versa. I have no desire to switch over to Apple. For me, this is the right balance of features.

Hi I completely agree with your theory. For myself my next device will
indeed be an Apple watch. I thought that my Versa was going to be a version
of that. Even the Android watches you can do more than this. To much
trouble to mess with the music part, glad I can get texts but can't respond
and nice to see who called but I can't do anything about it.

Hi, YogaLite, did they provide you with a usps return label for you to ship the defected one back?

No they didn’t I had to pay for my own and send it

I should paid for my own instead using their return label. It has been shipped out for 10 days but it hasn't arrived at their warehouse. It is getting ridiculous.

Exact same here. I sent it out on 6/17 they still do not have it.

I just called and they told me it usually take about 5-10 days for the package to reach their warehouse. It seems odd  to me that a shipment could take this long to reach 56950 DC nowadays, and there is no shipping status update except the date and place where I dropped the package. There's nothing we can do but wait PATIENTLY.

Oh really!! Something is wrong did you track it! Mine reached in 2 days and they took a day to process and a replacement has been shipped hopefully this works

Why don’t you chat with support and check with them. It should take max 3-5 days!

I've had my versa for over a year now. When I first got it, I would have to charge it maybe once every 2-3 days.  Within the last month, I've noticed that my battery dies after around 10 hours. This was after I changed my clothes k face to a custom photo of my dog. Could this be the reason its dying so fast? It doesn't seem to be a very good reason, but it's the only change that has coincided with the battery draining ina ridiculously short amount of time.

It very well could be but it's so sad that we can't use the features that
make the Versa attractive in the first place. Good luck. Hope if you
contact customer service it is a better experience than I had. The first
time I contacted them it was awful. Worst ever! Second time was better but
UGH!

All I can say is I’m glad I returned the Versa for a full refund. My Fitbit Blaze is going on three years and the battery is still going strong.

They've pretty much lost me as a customer. I used to refer then to everyone
I knew. Now quite the opposite. When this Versa poops out I'm going with
Apple watch.

Seems like that shouldn't be a problem, but have you changed the clock face
back to what you used before to see if that resolves the issue?

I shouldn’t have to!!! I paid for a fitness watch that had and promotes that feature!!!!! Why would I run bare minimum for it to work??

I font think it’s got to do with any of the features I think the Versa model itself has technical and battery issues. I font have anything and my battery dies so fast!

I agree but one of the suggestions by customer service was to shut off the
features to save the battery.
