Can't change the clock face on my Versa 2 and WhatsApp notifications won't work

I can't comtomize my clock face or recieve WhatsApp messages I've tried restarting the watch but still not working any ideas thank you

Hi there, @Kellygerard1980. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and your efforts in trying to solve the issues with your Versa 2. I'll do my best to bring back the clock face customization and your WhatsApp notifications. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Regarding the WhatsApp notifications, may I know if you are able to receive other notifications? If you're missing more notifications, please check if by any chance you've accidentally gotten "sleep mode" turned on in "quick settings". Sleep mode intentionally prevents screen coming on with wrist turn so as to not accidentally make light at night. To turn this setting off, please swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
