After installing the latest update on my Versa I have issues with the screen locking up, won't power off, when I try to turn back on it won't turn on by the usual left button I have to push the left and the right bottom one to make it come on. Then once it's on it's stuck on the day before and the battery is almost dead. I'm using my Samsung Galaxy 9 to run my app. Please help!

Tech support is limited. These are people that are put in front of a phone and have access to a data base of support solutions to read to us. I feel bad for them. Their job is to try and make us feel good and they really can't solve the problems. It's the programmers that need to get on the line and read the problems then find a solution. Unfortunately Fitbit was sold to Google and nobody knows what's happening with the Fitbit line. There's been no mention of new products. Fitbit is just a name now and we may very well be forced to buy a Google watch. I'm sure someone will say I'm wrong then mark their answer as being the solution.
Fitbit is now to be part of Google’s range of companies. After rumors and reports, Fitbit was aquired by Google for $2.1 billion.

Yeah, I saw they were bought by Google. So who knows what is going to happen.
The problem is, tech support won't listen either. I sent e mails back and forth with someone from tech support for a week, telling them my problem didn't start until after I did the update for the watch. They finally just told me the watch was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do, BUT!! here's a coupon for 25% off a new product!....No thank you!

The latest firmware update has made things much better. I can now turn my watch off and the battery isn't dead when I turn it back on the next day. Also, it turns on using the left button like normal.

Few days after your versa's latest firmware update lots of people having issues like it keeps restarting in loops , even battery is fully 100% charged but it shows 0%. Fitbit, you are making several people angry by ruining your product. So this is some strategy by bugging old devices with your latest firmware update just to force them buying your latest devices? . You better fix this or you will lose faith of many customers including mine😒

I cannot get my Versa to work after the update regardless of how many resets I do. Leaving Fitbit for good. Just bought an Apple watch instead.
