Do you realize that is to protect any credit cards stored in Fitbit Pay so that if you could eliminate the code, it might let anyone that get your V2 to make charges to them?
Best AnswerNo all of us store credit card info on our fit bit. Some of the new security feature are not needed for people who don't use the watch for a wallet. I personally would love to turn it off , it's annoying to have to enter a code just to turn on a timer.

I see where you're coming from. Thanks for sharing your feedback about this feature. If the device lock feature is not convenient for you, actually you can turn off by following the instructions from this help article.
By doing this, your watch won't lock the screen when you need to use it.
