Hi, there are countless threads about this but just another one for you to ignore / tell me to open a case about here - Revolut is listed as a supported bank for Fitbit Pay in the UK. This IS NOT supported. Please can you at least acknowledge that this is the case? Either by talking to Revolut and getting this sorted or by removing the false information from your website. This was a big factor in me buying my Fitbit Versa, so for it not to work and for you to not even acknowledge the problem when many across this forum are talking about it is beyond a joke and is going to lose you future sales.

I have had no problem linking my Revolut card. Only Mastercard worked at first but now Visa works. I think an earlier post said you may have to set the location to outside the UK but I have had no problem with it set to the UK. I have tried with both actual and virtual card and both have worked. I have a new revoute card in the last few weeks so will try and update it now. I hardly ever pay with my watch and normally use the phone.

I can confirm that my new Visa physical card would not register but my old Mastercard virtual card still registers. I have no idea why this is. I can only assume the new card number is not recognised as a revolute one. I will make sure contactless payments are working on my new physical card the next few days a try again.

I'm the same here. New visa card was delivered last month. I finally activated it and when tried to replace old visa, which was working perfectly fine, the new one is not. I tried to change the location to USA and Switzerland without success. The card is still not supported.
Any ideas?

@mrbryk Try creating a virtual card in the Revolut app. The virtual card I have is a Mastercard which I'm able to successfully add to Fitbit pay.

Thanks for the idea, but this is didn't work with me. I got visa instead of MasterCard and it's still not allowing me to add...
Should I somehow contact revolut?

I appreciate the frustration as I had the same issue. I ordered a physical card and they sent me Mastercard which worked.
If you keep generating and disposing of virtual cards over several days you might get a Mastercard, when I generate a virtual 8 times out of 10 I get Visa but occasionally a Mastercard gets generated. I've managed to link both physical and virtual Mastercard to the Fitbit but not Visa ones. You need to get a Mastercard, somehow, in order to progress. Keep all location settings to UK, I fiddled with this and it achieved nothing.
One thing I've not tried is spoofing my GPS location to somewhere like the US or Australia and then generate a virtual card, what happens then? If you go to a location where Mastercard is more prevalent that might work? Long shot but it's worth a try.

I got my virtual mastercard working a few years ago. I kept checking my physical visa card from time to time about about a year ago it was accepted so I used the physical visa card on my and removed the virtual mastercard. When my physical visa was replaced last month I didn't add it the my watch but tried to last week and it wouldn't recognise the new card. A few days ago I added my virtual mastercard back on again and last night confirmed it working. I have never used a disposable card since it wasn't origianaly on my account. I'm not sure if you can only use the disposiable cards once before they expire so it might not be worth adding these to your watch. I do know you can remove your virtual card and add a new one so perhaps you can try removing and adding until you get a Mastercard. If the disposable card can be used more than once then this would be the better option.

Virtual cards can be used as many times as you like until you stop them or they expire, it is the disposable virtual cards that can only be used once. Physical cards can be used as many times as you want until you stop them or they expire. Do not put disposable cards on your Fitbit as they can only be used once then you'll need to re do the authentication process every time you make a transaction.

Ah, that's what I thought. It looks like the only way to get it to work on your watch then is to delete/add a virtual card until you are lucky to get issued a virtual Mastercard. My Virtual Mastercard is not due to run out any time soon so I don't need to do it yet. FWIW I wouldn't bother contacting Revolut or Fitbit. All they give you are stock answers. Fitbit will just say delete/add watch etc and Revolut will just say it's their cards should be working and it's a Fitbit issue. I wouldn't waste your time on them.
