I purchased 2 Fitbit Versas less than a month ago. My wife's is fine, but this morning the screen on mine started glitching. It started out a little dark with lines through it, but has gotten progressively worse. Now it will get very bright and glitchy.
I restarted the watch, and the problem remained. Then I read the forum and tried the suggested solution of switching the brightness off of auto to normal. That did not solve the problem either. I do not believe that I kept the packaging to return it to the store. Please let me know if there is another fix, or if this is a situation where I will have to get it replaced.

This is my 3rd FitBit replacement....my 2 other screens went dark, this one is having the same line issues. I've been pretty good to the watches—taken care of them the best I can. I can't figure it out? Has anyone else had similar issues? I would like a 4th replacement, but I'm wondering if it will hold up?

I’m also having the same problem. I just bought a Fitbit versa but didn’t keep the packaging to return. My screen has been glitching and now it’ll only turn on, on the charger. Very sad that this has happened. I can’t keep track of anything I bought it for now. I thought Fitbit was good quality.

Mine is doing the same thing. Contacted support, since mine had just passed a year old they would only give me 25% off new one. Not comfortable paying $150 for a replacement that may only last another year. Very dissatisfied with support. I knew I wouldn’t qualify for a free replacement, but I expected more than 25%. I can get that price at a retail store. I’ve already paid retail for your product. Should not have to do it again. Fitbit should stand behind their product!!

My Versa has started glitching since last night. Have reached out on Twitter. I hope there's a solution other than replacement.

My Versa screen has that glitch as well but the buttons don’t respond and Versa will automatically open the Alarms app. Because the buttons don’t respond I can’t close the app or do much else with the watch. Once I’m able to do so the Alarms app opens up on its own and I have to restart it or shut it down all over again just to check the time.
I’ve started to only wear my FitBit when I workout but the problem has begun to affect my workouts as well. My Versa will stop tracking my exercise when the Alarms app opens up on its own again.
