Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

@aharvey0812: right... I asked customer service a week ago how the order processing works. I was told the orders ship in the order they were submitted, meaning my order should have shipped before yours since I placed it a week before you. That’s my iside.
Because I paid extra for expedited shipping, I am extra frustrated that mine hasn’t shipped yet. I don’t want to pay $10 extra to receive my order after others who placed their orders after mine with free shipping.

Does fitbit have multiple US warehouses? Someone mentioned it on another thread but seemed unsure and the great Google is failing me in trying to find out.

Yes... this!! I didn't pay $20 extra dollars for overnight shipping to get my fitbit Versa 2-3 weeks after everyone else just because I ordered a peach/rose gold one. I just talked to cust service they said another 2-3 weeks when that's what my original order on the 14th said and its been 3 weeks. So frustrating.

Whats frustrating for me is they told me today another 2-3 weeks but I can get it in a week and a half from Best Buy/Amazon lol

Mine just shipped as well! Order status changed from processing to complete literally within the last few hours. Info for comparison: ordered the basic black one on April 1st and i'm in US

I online chatted with a rep this morning, since my order has been processing since last night. I asked how long it will be processing for before it ships out. They told me it was set to be finished up and shipped this afternoon and I should be getting an email confirmation soon. It never came. I just talked to another rep and asked what happened and they said they didn't see anything about it going out this afternoon but it is finished processing (even though the charge is still pending on my card) and now it's up to the warehouse to get it out. Sigh.

I ordered on the 13th.
I got no information, same as everyone else.
I put in for expedited shipping.
It triggered a fraud alert on my credit card, and fit bit "help" or "customer service" has basically said...
so sorry, you are SOL. ($#!t Out of Luck)
I called my credit card company, and said it is not fraud, but FB has put me in the back of the line with a 4+ week wait.
I have been on the phone several times.
Just do the BB thing, and be happy when it is in your hands.
It really isn't worth the hassle. Trust me, I have now spent a good part of my day upset, rather than just enjoy the day and wait another 10 days for the device in a store.
It REALLY is not worth it. (though I bet it would have caught my heart rate amping up a few times today)

I ordered my peach/rose gold one 3/16 and got the same answer today (2-3 more weeks); although last week I was told it was slated to ship 4/12. Today, however they just gave me the run around

People need to chill. The 2-3 weeks is just a standard answer. The floodgates are opening on them moving product. Even recently placed orders are shipping. The cs reps are only saying what they are being told. They are going to be on the shelves in several stores in 10 days.
