Hi, altough you do not explain in your post what your precise problem is, I assume that you want to know how to update your Versa to the latest Firmware Version, Correct?? If so, have a look at the guide I wrote when the new update was released and caused a lot of problems of users to get their Versa updated. So, see this: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Hassle-free-guide-to-update-your-Versa-s-firmware/t.... Replace in this guide "my Versa" with "your Versa" and follow it to the letter.

@SunsetRunner You have the current firmware version. There is no need to update your Versa. When an update is available, there is a prominent banner on your app dashboard notifying you.
