After the most recent update my zone minutes are not added up correctly. Although the graph and Average heart rate show that I reached cardio and fat burn levels of heart activity (shown in orange and yellow), all minutes are shows as below zones. I have an iPhone 11 and a versa 2. All devices are updated. I’m not concerned with with small gaps in data but the minutes do not add up correctly in reference to the graph. This happens even when there is no gap in data.

Just done the firmware update and got the change to active zone minutes. Mine shows a total of zero for today so far but the graph shows this
The zero is obviously wrong. I would revert to the old active minutes but can't see how to.

@Alee123 -
You say "after the most recent update" - do you mean to your Versa 2 firmware (yes you are posting to the Versa Board, but I just wanted to make sure - you will see why).
On the Today screen in your mobile app, press on the Heart Rate tile and then press on the gear icon on the Heart Rate screen. You will be presented with your current heart rate zone definitions. Verify they are what you expect. I suspect the zones are not what you are used to due to a redefinition of the heart rate zones in the newest firmware update from the last week that utilizes the newly implemented Heart Rate Reserve formula.

Hi there,
I just went for a 20 minute run. When I came home I had the option to update my tracker. This I did but my workout has recorded 0 active minutes. This doesn't make any sense as I was in cardio and peak heart rate for most of the 20 minutes.
Can anyone help?

Do you have any 'Active Zone Minutes'? Those are replacing Active Minutes on newer devices, and I think are making their way down to some other devices. Maybe that was in the update you just got.

Hi there,
It was indeed this update but as I said, still don't know why I haven't been given any minutes for the workout. Was it because I didn't upgrade to the new system until after my run?

I am in the same position. Have lost a weeks worth of activity minutes and am very frustrated

Hi,
On my Versa 2, Active Zone Minutes seem to stay at zero, even if I do some exercise and heart rate is in the right zones.
Any ideas why???

Me too, and I feel really discouraged by the removal of my active minutes - even the record of them in the past.

I did the firmware update on my Versa. Now it shows my heart rate going up during my workout but exercise details all below zone and then no Active Zone minutes. I have spent an hour with the chat help and he keeps saying your heart rate zones controls the Active Zone minutes.

@Kayleeee I see my past active minutes just fine.

Same boat here. I have zero active minutes for the past 2 days despite doing the exact same activity that would typically get me 100+. There has to be a glitch in the update.

I went for a run this evening and looking at my heart rate graph I was in cardio and peak zone for most of run. I then updated my watch and it went from active to in zone minutes and I have no in zone minutes recorded even though looking at the graph I was at the very least in cardio zone it says the entire run was below zones. I’ve tried restarting the watch and app. Any ideas?

I’ve got the same problem. I’ve tried factory reset. Deleting the app. Turning heart rate monitor on/off back to on. Nothing works!

Do you mean update the App? I have this problem too, stuck in the time before update. If we all have this problem, we just take a sit and wait for the bug fix😅
I update my watch (firmware) last week and the display become all black, so I use the app to check the things. You are lucky your watch seems alright.

I just noticed this too. I wondered whether it was the software update I did yesterday?

@Yardoh @SunsetRunner Yes, heart rate does affect AZM now. I barely get any AZM compared to active minutes. Here is the help article on AZM.
You've really got to get your heart rate up into the fat burning zone to get AZM. I wish I had the choice between active minutes and AZM, but unfortunately not. AZM is what we have now.

Hi. I have a VersaLite. Yesterday, a firmware update was available. Before I updated, my versa was working perfectly. After the update, I can clearly see my heart rate zones reflected on the graph; however, the the time summary reflects zero (0) minutes spent in peak, cardio, and fat burn. On average, I spend between 4-8 hours in fat burn zone, 1-2 hours in cardio, and usually less than an hour in peak. I should have achieved at least that yesterday because of the strenuous workout I performed at the gym and the over 15,000 step hike I took up a cliff later in the day. I have already removed my versa and did a soft reset. I also performed a hard reset. Nothing has worked thus far. Please help!
