I have a Versa 3 that has worked perfectly fine for the last 2.5 years.
I just returned from a run this evening and after syncing I went to check the stats only to find all of it missing and it just shows the exercise type & duration now.
I checked previous runs and all info was there up until about two weeks ago, after some messing around now even the previous ones have disappeared.
The data used to show a GPS tracked map, splits and times etc, now there's nothing.
I have tried stuff mentioned in previous threads like, rebooting phone, redownload app, turn off/on Bluetooth but to no avail.
There's also no dashboard available online to check anymore.
Can anyone advise?

Been over two months of this issue!
Thought it was supposed to be fixed november 7!
Today is november 8th, I just un-installed and reinstalled fitbit on my android but still half the exercise data is missing!
I have a strong feeling that the logs are still in their system it's just not displaying properly and it sucks that it's taking so long to fix 😞
Hopefully it will be resolved soon
Best AnswerNope still not fixed
Hallo MarreFitbit
Today (17th November), exercise is again not detected and my historical data disappeared. I've done the forced stop and restarted phone more times than I can count, nothing works for more than a few days. Fitbit must acknowledge there is a serious and ongoing problem here, which certainly has NOT been fixed. What steps are you taking to address these concerns by so many of us?
The good news is the data isn't lost, it's just a bug with the way the Fitbit app reads the data. I've found that I can go week to week and see the data, the issue with it disappearing pops up when I go to check the month view. It's incredibly frustrating, but at least we know the data isn't actually missing.
I have a Fitbit app update pending but hesitant to install it because of all the problems I've had after updates
There is an update just installing for the Google fit app. Maybe they have fixed both and how they talk to eachother, as I think the data is there just not pulling through to fitbit history
Maybe I just need to be brave and go for it
Having spent £140 on my Charge 6 never thought I'd experience such issues
Best AnswerApp updated this week and all syncing seems to be ok (fingers crossed)
When I go back to the exercise data monthly view of September is says
"fitbit may not be able access data added to Health connect before 11 September 2024"
Best AnswerHealth connect is a seperate google app and should have nothing to do with our Fitbit history. I turned health connect off a while ago and my history is still vanishing,
Best AnswerThe only data I have is from my phone and fitbit
Nothing else syncs with health connect / Google fit
Best AnswerI am missing data from yesterday and did all fo these steps- I feel the steps may be why I lost data- how do people get their data back?!?
Best AnswerHi!
Third or fourth time posting on this thread.
The Fitbit data display issues have progressively been getting worse all year...
Now I noticed that my 300 day (step goal) streak shows as 20 days but if I look back at each month I'm always way above my goal and it says I reached my goal "30 times this month" or "31 times this month" but the streak only shows as 20 days?! It literally doesn't make sense!!! What is the point of keeping Fitbit if it doesn't work and it seems like they are doing nothing to fix it...
The data is there, somewhere, but it's not being displayed properly.
This Fitbit has given me anxiety more than anything else.
Highly disappointed.
@Veronicaraymond Hopefully it's still there "somewhere". Over 3 Months and no fix, or even an official acknowledgement from Fitbit that there's even a problem.
Hi. This issue has not been fixed. I have been tolerating it for months, now. This needs to be resolved.
I am missing absolute swathes of exercise data over the past few months. Force-closing the app, clearing storage, then opening and signing in again makes no difference. I can see my missing data in Google Fit and Health Connect but it does not show in the Fitbit app. This is a glaring BUG that Google needs to address.
