My Fitbit keeps unsyncing

My Fitbit versa 3 watch keeps getting the unsync icon on my watch have tried turning off & back on still does it constantly

Hi @Kyliejordan  - this may happen if your phone is out of range but more likely because your Fitbit App is not running in background.

Ok it says it's running so does my pedometer even when my phone is next to me still does it but thank you

@Kyliejordan- In which case the watch is not properly synced - see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

It may be a good idea to restart your phone in case it is having problems.

@Kyliejordan  are you referring to the phone icon with the line through it? This is about Bluetooth connection. when the app wants to sync it will request connection with the tracker
