I'm not getting my snap chat notifications, but I get calls/texts notifications. I've tried unpairing/repairing my versa, I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the fitbit app. I've even tried all three after I restarted my phone. It did this with my Galaxy S8, and now my Galaxy A50.

I've already uninstalled/reinstalled the Fitbit app, I've restarted my phone, I've restarted my versa, I've turn off/on bluetooth. And not working, my phone is a galaxy A50, not iOS device.

I am having the same issue on my galaxy s8. I have tried everything suggested, even went out and bought a new Versa 2. Any news on if there is a fix?

I've emailed them a few times this past week since I've had the issues and they've said they can't tell me when it'll be fixed but they're working on it🙄

Has there been any update? I've had the same issue. I've reported it on another thread but support has stopped responding to that one and there have been several others on that thread alone that have had this issue. I had the same exact issue with my Blaze before I upgraded to the versa a few months ago. I am able to get all other notifications just not snapchat. I had been able to get them up until about a week and half ago. It's getting rather frustrating when at work i don't have my phone on me and know if I need to go into the office or not.

STILL BUSTED **ahem** SNAP NOTIFICATIONS. SNAP just updated yesterday for Android but its still broken on FB Versa for notifications.
FITBIT - Fix this, please. It used to work.

This issue hasn't been fixed yet, are there any updates? I have other app notifications turned on for Snapchat and they don't go to my Versa at all.

Haven't heard anything yet. Kind of frustrating. Mine still isn't working and I've made sure both snapchat and fitbit are updated and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still nothing
