Mine just started working by itself around 1pm Sydney time. It was in its cradle and linked to phone and Wi-Fi.c
I had tried everything to fix the clock face error over the last 24 hours to no avail.

I had to turn on ‘show in history’ on my iPhone for messages, WhatsApp etc for notifications to come through on mine. Might be worth a try if you haven’t got this on already 🙂

Got it to work!
1. Disable All-sync
2. Connect WiFi
3. Install clock face 🙂

Wound this issue affect notification settings too? My txt and call notification come through without any issue, calendar on the other hand syncs just fine, but once the appointment time come, reminder shows up on the phone but not on Versa. It drives me crazy.

Hello. Have you checked the app list under notifications in the Fitbit app? For me, almost no apps where given permissions to send notifications to my watch as a default.
You might also check the battery options for the Fitbit app on your phone. Use "manual start" and stop "battery optimization" for the Fitbit app to make sure your app and watch syncs.

@fregor77 I did check app list under notifications in the Fitbit App, and calendar is not even listed there... just says the standard "apps will be added to the list after they send notifications to your phone". I have a bunch of apps there like WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, but no calendar. So weird, because I do get calendar notifications on my phone all the time.

Are you on IOS? My applist includes all my calendar apps. although you have to choose one as your standard - that one is greyed out in my app list. But I'm using an Android phone.
