Hi @Jb1968 - replacement watches (under warranty) are generally refurbished ones and are free.

You are right the procedure of replacement means you will be without any watch for the time it takes to send back the old one and a replacement watch to be sent, generally by courrier, so it is less likely to get lost.

To avoid time without a watch do make sure that the watch is actually faulty. Without knowing the fault which can simply be a charging issue, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

@Jb1968 - this is unlikely to be a watch problem and more likely problems with the Fitbit App.

Have a look at other posts on the forums which report similar problems.

It is probable nothing will be gained by replacing the watch and you can avoid that hassle.

Ok thanks do you know what I should do about the app apart from
uninstalling reinstalling?

@Jb1968 - depending on the bugs in the Fitbit app it may not be possible to fix it.

You can try first logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window, and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, and restart both watch and phone, to clear any local issues.
