I’m having the same problem. The battery is dying with in the day and just noticed this morning it’s not detecting my HR. I’ve restarted it multiple times

@LaLaF @allimanis, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help your Versa not holding a charge or its sensors working.
@LaLaF thank you for sharing more information about your Versa's issue. I have created a ticket so our Support team can further asisst you via email.
@allimanis your Versa's hr issue may be related to the battery so lets try the following:
Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here. The restart should help with the heart rate sensor too.
@NellyG thank you for your assistance here.
Let me know how it goes.

Best Answeri have been having the same issues with my fitbit versa as it doesnt keep a charge very long and the notifications wont clear. i have restarted and reset a few time and yet nothing
Best AnswerFollow up one yr later. I got a replacement but I noticed the battery life on that was not the best. I would go to bed after midnight with a full charge and by the time I was up at 6 the battery was dead. I have had to charge throughout the day several times so it won't die on me and today I realize my screen is loose. I bought the new versa3 so am awaiting the arrival and I hope I am not disappointed because I really liked being able to track my fitness and did not want to buy one of those cheaper watches on the market. Will let you know how that new one goes
