I cant see my sleep score on my versa 2. I checked my sleep settings and it only shows the option to turn on sleep insights and nowhere mentions anything about sleep score.

You can only see your sleep score in the app and not on the fitbit. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2439/

I cant see anything on my fitbit app about my sleep score. I went to the sleep tile on my app and it doesnt mention the score anywhere. I even checked the sleep settings on the app and i cant find the sleep scores anywhere.

  • Has this been resolved? My sleep score was only calculated on the first night I tracked my sleep and never since. It’s one of the main reasons I got the Fitbit and I’d like to know how to get it to work
Best Answer

That is actually not true. You can see your sleep score on the Versa 2 Fitbit.

Best Answer

That's true. I believe that was added in the recent firmware update.

Oh okay. I was about to say... because I can literally see my score on my Fitbit what I don’t understand is why it is only displaying the first two nights of sleep. Because it recorded it all week but only displayed the rest of the week in the app.

Steve is mistaken.( or it's been updated since)

Go to the link he posted https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2439/

but click ON-Device just below sleep app.

It will open to Let you know it should be updating.

It won't let me cut and paste, but here is a picture.

Why can't I see my sleep score on my fitbit versa 2 if I see it in the app? There is an icon for it but always shows as --

Swipe up on your fitbit to the "today" screen. Once in the "today" screen, tap on it then scroll to the bottom. You should see your sleep score there if your phone and fitbit are synced

I still don't see my sleep score on the watch...only the app.  The title is there under today but it just shows as --

Same here. The sleep score and data don't appear on the fitbit until I open the app. Is this how it's supposed to work? Seems like the data should display immediately.

Sleep score not registering on my watch either, but is on the app - not visible after syncing either.

Do you have your problem solved yet? It happens the same with me. In my versa it shows " - - No sleep score" but in my mobile app its ok. I restart the versa, sync both of them and only a few minutes later i get the info in my watch. That shouldnt happen
