Sleep score not visible

I cant see my sleep score on my versa 2. I checked my sleep settings and it only shows the option to turn on sleep insights and nowhere mentions anything about sleep score.

That’s exactly what happens with mine - if I re-sync it shows up a few minutes later. Not sure why it’s not syncing the first time!

I noticed this morning it wasnt there, so I swiped left on the fitbit and then swiped right and it popped up. Modern technology!!

It was the same here. I did a factory reset and then tried again but the sleep activity dissapered from activity menu on the watch!

So weird

This is EXACTLY what I'm dealing with now. I got a sleep score the first night I wore my versa 2 and no sleep score since, it's recording my other sleep info, but no score! What the hell?! 🥴😵

I think it is an issue with syncing - you may have to reconnect to your WiFi and then sync your Fitbit from the app. This should resolve...Hope this works!

I am having the same problem as countless others that I can see in the forums.  The sleep tracking score a micro data showed up on first day I had and did not on subsequent days.  This is seems a constant problem that users have and none of the responses seem to remedy it.

I've come to learn that you just have to give it a minute to calculate. The numbers aren't going to show up as soon as you turn sleep mode off.  I wait about 30 minutes and then check it. It will show up eventually.

i have had my Versa 2 for 3 weeks- MOST frustrating, 

it showed sleep score or the first few days then nothing for 5 days then a day or 2 then for the last week nothing. i have called support, they have run through everything i need to or can do?

You just need to give it a bit to show up after you turn sleep mode off. I don't have any issues with mine now

I have not had sleep score for a solid week ? Last week I had 2 nights the first week I had 4 nights not right .
I will call tech tomorrow and want refund

My Versa 2 does not have that option to add Sleep to Today.  So I am at a loss of what I can do.

Sleep chart is back but I had to delete the app and reload.

My husband is having the same issue with his new one!  Did you ever get this resolved?  I paid too much money for this for him to not have all the functions working.

Hi - I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it seemed to have done the trick, but had to set everything up again. Hope this helps!

I am unable to see my sleep score and stages in my app since last week, tried update, logout, sync but nothing worked. Not sure what's the issue
