My Versa tracks my sleep but it's inaccurate. I woke up this morning at 7am. My Versa reported I was awake at 5am & it stopped tracking my sleep. Other nights it starts my sleep long after I go to bed. I'm asleep after my head hits the pillow. My Blaze used to track sleep if I fell asleep in the recliner, recorded awake time when I moved to my bed & went back to tracking sleep until I woke in the morning. Are there known issues with the Versa's sleep tracking that are being corrected by Fitbit? I made the wrong assumption accuracy (heart rate, steps, sleep) would not be an issue with the Versa since the Blaze works so well.

Exactly my and many others sentiments. I am reaching out to some consumer reporters/advocates and suggest others do the same.

I too am having the same problem. Two weeks ago it went from bad to worse. I get gaps in between sleep that have no explanation and the start times are 2-4 hours after I go to bed. I generally go to bed at 10:00 and get up between 5-5:30

This week my Versa says I have slept 5 hours, 3 days with zero sleep. Amazing I am still alive! I like the Versa, water resistant, accurate in most other aspects, good battery life, why can't Fitbit find a solution to the sleep tracking? Hardware/Softawre? They have products that work, Charge HR, they have known this issue for months and still no solution.

My Versa is back to not syncing sleep again. I tried resetting the bluetooth and nothing.

I have tried everything that Fitbit customer support has suggested over the last 3 months including the full restart, taking it back to factory settings, changing wrists, tight, loose, etc…..!

I'm using the basic watch face. I've reset and still get the same incorrect results.

My Versa is having sleep tracker problems again and it keeps syncing around 3am I've checked all my settings and they seem fine.

The only way I've found to reliably get the Versa to show you sleep stages in the morning is to use a wristband over the Versa and surrounding wrist areas at night. If you've worn the Versa all day, take it off and wash and towel dry your wrist vigorously before putting the Versa back on. Also rinse off the Versa, especially the back side with the sensors. You can thank @hoofbeats95 for the idea. It works, in contrast to most of the other suggestions posted so far.

Boy, do I feel duped. All Fitbit wants to do is put out new products and not bring the current ones up to snuff. Phooey.
