Hi everybody, Thanks for letting us know about this situation. Our team has been monitoring the situation. They informed that the clock face is working as expected, but it might happened that during the sleep the watch moved, so that there were not enough data received to make an assessment.
Please try wearing the watch a bit higher in the wrist and a bit tighter during the sleep .
Le me know how it goes.

@JeffMindlin You need to sleep with the clock installed. It will not show an SpO2 reading until you can sleep with it. This is because the SpO2 isn’t built into the Fitbit app, it’s in the device.
Once you sleep with it, it should show up on the clock face.
@askmrhpDid you try to restart your Versa to see if that fixes it?
@Sheeps It's probably just a glitch in the system. Try it again tonight and see if you get a reading in the morning. 🙂
Best AnswerSlept with it installed 5 times. slept with it as clock face selected. O2 shows on app on graph but nothing on watch.
have reset etc.
New SPO2 clock face successfully downloaded to Versa 2 and showing all stats EXCEPT SPO2 PERCENTAGE IS NOT SHOWING.
Versa 2 Firmware - 35.71.6.19
FitBit App iOS - 3.29 (988)
Installed clock face yesterday, slept, synced, waited an hour. The SPO2 clock face says “couldn’t read SPO2” under where the percentage should be.
The EOV graph in sleep stats is working fine. I am also a premium member. Is it necessary to be a premium member to have this feature?
Will this SPO2 average also show somewhere in the app? The picture below from wearable.com appears to show the Oxygen Saturation graph in the FtBit app.
Look forward to help with this great new feature.
UPDATE: This feature is working flawlessly.
Thanks FitBit for another great product 😁

Mine did that the first night as well. Give it another night and see. The numbers showed up for me after the second night

Me too. I’ve had it about a week and it’s only shown a percent on two occasions. It’s disappointing.
I installed the clock and it worked one day. The next day it says “Can’t read SpO2.” I slept with mine every night. Never skip. It records the estimated oxygen variation and sleep score every time so I know I’m wearing it correctly. Do we need to call customer service? I’ve tried everything to correct this, and nothing works.
Hello Everyone. I was wondering if anyone else is having issues with the sp02 clock face? I downloaded it yesterday went to bed and it reads" Couldn't read Sp02 ". I restared the watch and app and no joy. My wife did the same thing yesterday and hers was reading this morning. Any advice?
Thanks
I have tried for two nights and still get "couldn't read Sp02" I tried loose fit and snug fit on the band with the same results. I do not have premium, is that the ticket?
On the first night, I got a "Couldn't read Sp02" on the watch face, the second night I got the Sp02, but after the 3rd night I got the error again.
Don't know what this error means and if there is something that needs to be done to get better readings.
Fitbit says it won't report if it's under 80%, so I wonder if that is the reason???
I've had the watch face on my versa 2 for 3 days but still no spO2 percentages. I can see the graph on my sleep info... but not on here. Disappointing. I am wanting to get a Sense... but now I am not so sure.
