I can't find SPO2 faces on my charge 5. Used to

At one point, my chosen faces just "seemed" to no longer be on the watch for me to choose.

All I did was go back into the FitBit app and select the faces again and have them load up to the watch.

Now, as long as I'm not trying to load up other faces from the app to the watch, they have stayed on the watch without issue.

Perhaps go to the phone app itself and see if your chosen faces appear to be assigned to the watch.

If they are, perhaps "delete" them, reboot the watch and select them again, checking the watch for each face to assure it uploaded.

The FitBit software seems to be so buggy.  It's sad, because these are gorgeous watches and sold world-wide.

I have a Versa 3.  The SPO2 average shows up in the morning on the app but not on the watch.  The watch says SPO2 not installed.  If that's the case there is no info on how to install it, yet it shows up on the App.  What should I do?

Glitch in the system? Get real. Either give constructive replies or don't say anything. This answer is useless.

It's way past "glitchy"!

It's a complete and utter failure and the FitBit DEVS obviously have no clue how to fix it.

Clearly, this problem with the SP02 sensor is more than software.  There has to be a hardware issue as well.  Because if by chance, it is just software, then this makes the programmers look very inept.

Personally, I've given up on this stupid SP02 portion of the watch (Versa 3).  Once this watch dies, I will no longer buy any Fitbit product again, even if it's now owned by Google.  I figure, if the Google team can't fix this problem, then it's not fixable and I can never trust this brand again.

I'm done with FitBit.  But I don't know which brand to go to next.  I won't go Apple because I'm not a fan of that brand either, but for different reasons.

Oh well.

Seems fair!

Why would anyone not be annoyed even angry after spending so much money  THREE TIMES and get something that is so glitchy/buggy?
If you, by any chance, are a professional programmer, then you'd probably be annoyed too because you'd recognize the sheer professionalism that's involved with a company's devs seemingly unable to resolve a software problem.

The actual hardware itself seems to be able to handle the task, but the software is constantly buggy, FOR YEARS!

Add to that, that these devs besides not fixing the problem, once and for all, also just refuse to add a feature where a person could go into the Oxygen "area" and kick off an Oxygen test at any time they want... you know... like other devices do and have done!

And it's not just the Sp02 issue, but also this issue with, after an update, Google Assistant doesn't stay connected.  A lot of people are reporting that too.  We're not talking a cheap, $25 watch here.  We're talking expensive equipment that should just work.

So yeah, hangy (actually just really disappointed in fellow programmers) and snacks wont help..... well... not saying I'd refuse a snack... I mean, THAT would just be rude.  ROFL

😁😅😂🤣

I found another solution. My Sense stopped registering for last 3 days and restarted the watch several times to no effect.

So I then "force stopped" the app on my phone and started and it recovered all the lost readings!
