Yeah my fingers didn’t do what my brain meant. That sleep score was actually 78🤨

SpO2 has stopped recording on the health metrics chart. It had been working for the gift month and has just stopped. All other metrics continue to record on health metrics. Yes I do continue to display the special SpO2 watch face until the night's SpO2 value displays.

Same issue with me and I slept with it last night. Tried turning off and back on, updating it, still can’t read spo2

I've had mine on for over 2 weeks and the O2 still isn't showing up. Super bummed I kind of needed this

I would like it to work for all of us. Covid is coming and knowing your oxygen blood level would sure be nice.😊

This feature has shown twice since introduction.
I have done everything imaginable.
As suggested by support team, if you can call it that!!
Its CRAP!
Why would I ever buy another Fitbit ??

Does the clock face with SpO2 work for anyone anymore?
mine worked great for a couple of months and then all of a sudden it’s not working. I’m not getting a reading everyday for the last couple weeks. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn’t work either.
What to do?

After posting, I read somewhere that resetting your watch (holding button down until Fitbit logo appears) will fix this problem.
I tried it and lo and behold I am now getting SpO2 readings again.

I have officially given up on this feature on my Ionic. It just too disappointing to get up every morning and not getting a reading so I’m done.

I installed the clock face a week ago. I’ve slept with it on every night except once when I charged it overnight. It worked for the first couple of days and since has a message saying “couldn’t read Sp02.” How do I fix this?

Retart did not fix any issues!

I don’t believe it can be fixed. You’re better off not wasting your time with it. All it does consistently is drain the battery.
maybe eventually Fitbit will figure it out but for now it’s just not worth stressing out over it.
