Temperature

My temperature won't change on my versa to the correct units I want it on. I have changed on the app to the correct units requested, and after sync this doesn't change.?

Hi @Daisyliz_ - you don't say which temperature or where but here is a general instruction How to change temperature - for Weather, Centigrade - Fahrenheit, Versa 2, Versa Lite, Versa it probably covers your case.

Thank you, I know how to do this though. It's the watch that won't update and change on the watch. It's set in f. I want it to show Celsius. Everything is set to Celsius on the app etc, but the watch itself won't change to what I've set it as. Wondered if it was an all round fault.🤷‍:female_sign:

@Daisyliz_- if things in the Fitbit App are set correctly and are not being picked up by the watch see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?  Often a logout of the Fitbit App and restart of phone and watch may improve things.
