The battery of my Versa is lasting less than 2 days

I've been having alot of issues with my Versa. One of which is battery life of only 27 hours. I was told to charge phone and record syncs, still charge lasted only 27 hours. NOW Support says to charge for at least 2 hours even if watch reads 100%. Hopefully this info is helpful to someone.

Hi I'm new to Fitbit but was given one as a birthday present and I'm a little upset my battery is only lasting 10hrs and yes I have turned off everything that other people have been told to turn off I have charged the battery for 2hrs I don't listen to music on it though it would be nice to I've turned off the heart monitor and now only have the step counter and watch. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

thanks in advance

Be smart and buy from a different manufacturer. While most people on this forum do try to be helpful Fitbit is not standing behind their product. I have called and emailed to no avail. Posts on here are censored by the moderators. I've had a number of posts deleted because they don't like my comments.

Mine was purchased last October and I think they are giving me the run around until my warranty runs out.

We should not have to turn off the features we purchased the product for to have a decent battery life, it's just that simple!

Unfortunately I have had to replace mine 6 times!!!!!! There is a buzz going around about fitbit versa being a waste of money and people should consider smart watches. It's sad. I will not replace my versa again  I'll get a smart watch and post my issues on social media so my family and friends will be aware . I'm very disappointed

I totally agree about not having to turn things off in order to make battery last and in doing so it hasn’t extended the life of my battery. I haven’t been able to find the email address for Fitbit in uk. Thanks.

Could you let me know email address for Fitbit uk

thanks

I also have this issue on my Versa.

lasts only 25 hours for me.

I have emailed support and they told me to make sure I am charging it from zero to 100% and to also make sure i am using a fitbit watch face and turn off auto sync.

I have done all that and I still get the same 25 hour battery life, clearly something wrong. Hopefully they will come back with something other than turn off more features.

I had a Blaze before this, was great battery life and overall a good watch, despite fitbit abandoning it very quickly and having constant GPS issues with it, which fitbit always said was not the watches fault.

See this is ridiculous  We should be using our fitbit properly and for the price we paid we should not be having these issues. Reach out to them express your concerns. Let me know what their explanation is and what they offer to do.....

I used the chat function on their website and I was given instructions to use one of the Fitbit clock faces, fully charge my watch, then sync it throughout the day until the battery dies. Then I will reply to an email that I have completed those steps so they can review the system log to determine what the issue could be.  I actually purchased the 2-year extended warranty.  My watch started failing at 13 months, one month past the 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

I did the exact same thing you are doing and they couldn’t tell me anything. Only thing they said is they would offer me 25% off a new one.

How long you had your Versa? The 25% off is usually if you are out of warranty.

I took photos of the clock face as well as proof that it was running down
to quickly then sent them when I emailed to say I had done as they asked
Hopefully they will offer you a replacement as you have the warranty

Almost a year and I've replaced it 6 times. If you get the same one there is no charge but it if get a different one the 25% is applied.

If your out of warranty you can use the 25%
