Hi,
I bought the Versa 2 yesterday and upon setting this up i can only quick reply to messenger notifications. I have my default messaging app set as text messages. When i get a text message the only two options i get is to open this on my phone or to clear it.
Is there something i can do to get this feature to work? I have an Oppo phone and Im in Australia, using Optus provider.

Same problem here with text messages. I'm using Textra for SMS but I switched to the stock MESSAGES app that came with the phone and same result - YOU CANNOT REPLY!
This obviously is a bug and I really hope this is fixed soon!!! You think this would have been tested before releasing a new product!!! Somebody at Fitbit should have their A$$ handed to them for this blunder!!!

Issue resolved for me! I previously had the Fitbit app installed on my phone before I got the Versa 2.
This was the problem!! I uninstalled the app on the phone and reinstalled it. It asks for a bunch of permissions when you 1st open the app and now I can reply to my texts!!!
Hopefully this will solve some peoples issues if they were in the same situation I was in.

You uninstalled the app and reinstalled it? Did you reboot your watch before you logged into the fresh install on yr phone? I notice every few weeks or less I have to restart my Versa 2.

Are u using a phone with Android 10? The Fitbit app. Must be setup to run in the background and not be put to sleep - This is very important also.

I figured out my problem. For the one contact my settings had somehow changed. I should be good now.

I also have an oppo in Aus but I am with Vodafone. I have the option to reply on WhatsApp, even with my voice. But no option is given on my text msg to reply, not even the quick reply.

I'm having the same issue. Just bought a Sense and really excited. I've been struggling with a Charge 3 where I cannot see the screen outside.
I've been onto FB for 2 hours today trying to find a solution. If anyone has any non patronising solutions it would be great!.
