Based on the press release for the Versa 2, an spO2 sensor will become standard and be used primarily for the sleep score.
Does anyone know if this will also be used in fitness tracking? i.e. when working out, would O2 levels be measured and considered when calculating the overall fitness score?

I wouldn't bother. I have premium and I've yet to see the Sp02.

SpO2 is only monitored durring sleep. it is not a continuous reading
you get the average for the previous night.
you have to have the correct clock face to see on the watch, and it is only
in the app if you have Premium.
this is a very disappointing implimentation

I had Premium for 1 month when they first released it.
I did not see enough information to justify the price.
I was actually annoyed that they did not include the extra sleep information
for free.

I totally agree. Although with the clock face you can get it without premium

You don't need a premium to see SpO2. I see it (with the appropriate clock face) about an hour after I wake up. And I haven't had premium after the 90-day trial (about 8 or 9 months ago).

I believe I said that. But you need premium to see it in the app

Hi! I am unable to install spo2 clock face on versa 2 device. Can u help? I was trying to install but it says that I need to update firmware. I have already done it. How do I update further? I didn't get any notification to update.

Does the Versa original even have an SpO2 sensor? If so how does one turn it on. I really miss the SpO2 reading that my Charge 3 gave as part of the Sleep information.

@CrystalClearly It depends who you ask. The Versa original was discontinued so long ago that it's hard to find info. I had 3 Original Versas, and still have two that are working. Last used at the beginning of the year. I had sp02 readings on the app in the morning without the clock face. If it's somehow a new Versa original, I'd give it a few days to get a firmware update. In the meantime, I can load one of mine to a secondary account and post pics if you like. .
