I've had issues the last few days trying to sync. I'm unable to see the weather, my agenda, etc. I've reviewed past posts regarding syncing issues, but those have not resolved my issue. App and Versa 2 are up to date.

My versa 2 just stopped syncing again.

Try restarting your versa, that helped me when I was having connection problems. Press and hold the back button until you see the fitbit logo. When the screens back, try again. It probably wouldn't hurt to restart your phone and turn Bluetooth on and off before you try again. Let me know if this helps

I have an iPhone 12 Pro and am having the same problem. A couple of weeks ago I had to switch off Bluetooth to prevent syncing due to battery draining issues, seems that now that is sorted the device no longer syncs properly. Each time I want to sync it I manually try in the app and it brings up an error saying it couldn’t be synced so I have to go through the whole process of forgetting and resetting the device etc. Very frustrating considering it is only 6 months old!
