Versa 2 screen not swipping

Fitbit versa 2 device screen not swiping.

Tried to hold the button for reset with no success. It goes to ''Alexa" then back to home screen. Won't swipe to see features or messages.

I have reset my verse and my tap and swop function are still not working.

Sorry to hear your troubles with Versa 2...I had similar issues but now I
have a new tracker, I received from Fitbit.com since my faulty one was
still on warranty.

I have exactly the same issue and have done everything you and other users have recommended and I am still unable to swipe/scroll.

 

I bought my Versa 2 on the 14th of december 2019, so technically I am within the 1 year warranty for New Products: "free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year since the date of purchase".

Hello,
Since your versa 2 tracker is still within warranty, I would contact Fitbit
for replacement. That is what I did and I now have a new tracker.
