Hi
my versa 2 has seemed to of frozen
firstly it started jumping between screens now it’s frozen
i have tried all resets etc but it’s still the same any idea or does it need to go to Fitbit heaven

Since none of the steps you tried have worked, I recommend doing a factory reset:

still having problems with Versa2 touch screen does not work so guessing it’s packed in

Best AnswerMine was doing the same thing for a few days. And yesterday it went completely black and won't turn on. When I try to reset it the firbit logo pops up for a sec then nothing.
