Versa 2 screen won't respond

Hi 

my versa 2 has seemed to of frozen 

firstly it started jumping between screens now it’s frozen

i have tried all resets etc but it’s still the same any idea or does it need to go to Fitbit heaven

Hi there, @Sch32. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

 

Since none of the steps you tried have worked, I recommend doing a factory reset: 

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset. 

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi 

 

still having problems with Versa2 touch screen does not work so guessing it’s packed in

Mine was doing the same thing for a few days. And yesterday it went completely black and won't turn on. When I try to reset it the firbit logo pops up for a sec then nothing.
