My 6 week old versa 2 won’t swipe up or across, any advice would be appreciated x

Amco, unfortunately after another round of unsuccessful resolutions with the inability to correct my swipe problem compounded with failed reset issues; I switched 4 months ago to Apple, bought the series 3 Apple watch. Up to now, I have not had any of the issues similar to what I had with the 3 Fitbit chargers and the versa products. So time will determine if there are minimal to no problems with my Series 3 smartwatch purchase. Hope there may be other users who currently or possibly recently received improved Fitbit support success, whose experiences can help you get a speedy resolution to your swipe issue.

How can there be 6 months of comment with no solution provided by FitBit? This is a problem on my versa2. My worked fine for the past few months and it is as if an update bricked the device. Please Fitbit at least say something. A simple, screw you we are not going to fix this would be better than silence.

Even though I really liked Fitbit features, the support continued to decline to the extent that I finally bought instead the Apple 3 watch. Have had for four months so far have had not problems, so future performance will determine if the good track record continues. Wish you success in either getting resolution or changing to a competitor.
